Fiscally Sustainable Living

In today’s economic conditions, Plymouth resident Robert Wachholz, president and owner of True Gravity Ventures, is working on an innovative design in Brooklyn Park that would promote “fiscal sustainability” for future homeowners. The project is called Wickford Village and consists of the construction of 17 single-family homes (with the capacity for 42 more)—the innovative feature being an additional lower-level unit that can be rented out by the owner- occupant to defray mortgage or other costs.
