Conceived and choreographed by Ranee and Aparna Ramaswamy, Written in Water explores the universal paradigm of a seeker on a journey to connect the human with the transcendent and reveal mysteries within the self. In this large-scale, multimedia dance work, dancers and musicians move freely between composition and improvisation, and activate the space by negotiating snakes and ladders—representing the heights of ecstasy and depths of longing. Howard Jones Acoustic Trio

Howard Jones Acoustic Trio is an intimate, stripped-down trip through Howard’s 30-year music career. Featuring Howard on piano, Robin Boult (Roger Daltry, Dave Stewart, Fish) on acoustic guitar, and Nick Beggs (Kajagoogoo, Belinda Carlisle, John Paul Jones) on chapman stick, this performance delivers a fresh take on Howard’s best-known hits. This show also provides the opportunity for the audience to hear first-hand about the inspiration behind Howard’s beloved material, as well as stories from his touring career. One of the finest Broadway musicals of the 20th century, Gypsy is a love letter to the American theatre and the American dream. Tough as nails "Momma" Rose struggles and schemes to make her two daughters successful vaudeville performers. When one daughter abandons her and the other becomes a star, Rose must confront her own shattered dreams of being the one in the spotlight. Featuring classic songs like "Everything's Coming Up Roses" and "Some People."

One Voice Mixed Chorus presents: Singing Darkness to Light

Come home to One Voice and ignite your winter holidays! Guests include spoken word poet Ellis Perez and a string quartet from the Minnesota Philharmonic (LGBT) Orchestra.  In addition to traditional holiday favorites, the concert includes music by current and former Minnesota composers including Abbie Betinis, Marisa Squadrito Geisler and Mari Esabel Valverde. Silk Scarf Painting with Inks

In this class we will learn about alcohol inks, paint on a beautiful silk scarf which you can take home at the end of the class. I will guide you step by step and also go over how to seal the colors on the scarf. Please bring a disposable 12 inch container in which you can place your scarf for transportation.
