Dancer’s Dream, LLC in Plymouth

The recent tradition of celebrating local businesses when the holiday shopping bug bites took on special meaning for one Plymouth purveyor of garment bags and makeup cases.  Since 2008, Dancer’s Dream, LLC (formerly Dream Duffel) has been an online retailer of telescoping racks which are expandable and used to hang costumes–most popular with dance, cheer and beauty teams. On Small Business Saturday on November 30, the company held an open house which celebrated expansion of the warehouse and office spaces, but also launched the first showroom where customers can touch and test the full product line. To date, the expansion has been met with soaring success, says marketing coordinator Jessica Baker. “We have been growing rapidly, and needed the warehouse space to accommodate the demand for our product,” she says.
