Whether you’re looking to spread out your blanket and enjoy a show at an outdoor amphitheater, or simply something to accompany your happy hour, these places have performers to suit all kinds of music fans. Cowboy Jack’s
Cowboy Jack’s features live music in all 11 of its locations. In Plymouth, you can see live bands perform most weekend nights from 9:30 p.m–1:30 a.m., with music from Javier Trejo, Josh Perisian and many more. All shows are free to attend; enjoy regular drink and food specials.
Lucky’s 13 Pub
Every Friday in June, Lucky’s 13 will host a different local band for a night of live music. June 2 will be the Teddy Holiday Band, starting at 8 p.m. June 9 they will host the B-Side No Limits Band, beginning at 9 p.m. On June 16, Mark Starry will take the stage, and June 23 Alex Tult will perform. Happy hour specials last from 3–6 p.m.
Inn Kahoots in Hamel
This “small town tavern on the edge of the city” is hosting a variety of live entertainment throughout the summer. There will be live bands every Friday and Saturday night from 9:30 p.m–1:30 a.m, as well as karaoke, 50¢ pool specials, and “Military Monday” discounts for patrons with military ID.
Medina Entertainment Center
On Saturday, June 17, country legend Ronnie Milsap will be performing at the Medina Entertainment Center as a stop on his “A Legend in My Time Tour.” A major fixture of pop country during the 1970s, Milsap has been consistently performing since starting his own band in 1965. Legally blind, Milsap’s incredible musical abilities were discovered at the age of 7 by his instructors at Governor Moorhead School for the Blind. He’ll be joined on stage by country rock musician Shane Martin.Tickets start at $41.69.
