We’ll handle the opening cocktail for you. Who doesn’t love ice cream? What about Champagne? They say opposites attract, so let’s make a match with a sweet, sparkling touch to a brunch cocktail classic.
Rosé Mimosa Floats
- 2 oz. orange juice
- 1.5 oz. rosé Champagne
- 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream or non-dairy ice cream or sorbet
In a Champagne glass, add 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream or sorbet. Add orange juice and rosé Champagne. Garnish with a rose petal. Cheers!
