If you are interested in making remodeling changes to your home, there is no better place to stop than the Plymouth Home Expo. There will be a variety of vendors at the Expo to show you how you can improve your home and garden or start that new home project you’ve been dreaming about.
“People tend to come to the expo for specific purposes,” says Kari Hemp, the organizer of the Expo and recreation manager for the city of Plymouth. “They have projects big and small, and the vendors that come in are great matches for everyone’s home improvement.”
The Expo offers a wide range of exhibits. There are home showcases, home improvement vendors, the Minnesota Marketplace where smaller businesses can sell their services and products for your home, a resource area, environmental activities and a plant and flower sale where you can buy a bouquet of flowers for $15.
New this year is a Fix It Clinic offered by Hennepin County. Homeowners are encouraged to bring in small appliances and home electronics that are broken or need troubleshooting. At the clinic, you’ll receive advice and information on self-repair and upkeep.
