“The photo is composed around the strong diagonal formed by the stepping stones. The stones invite the viewer to cross the creek and continue on toward the sunset. I like how the golden hour light and the slightly skewed stepping stones add warmth and charm to the scene. I’m always on the lookout for opportunities to make pleasing images from everyday subjects, and this seemed to fit the bill.”
