A new senior living community is part of three that will soon open.
The seniors of Plymouth will soon have a new community in which to live, featuring a wellness center, library, bistro, laundry service, day spa, salon and more. Construction began on The Waters of Plymouth in July before a ground-breaking ceremony September 26.
The community will be different from others in that it will offer month-to-month rentals—instead of 12-month leases—and will have a large focus on wellness. The company has partnered with the University of Minnesota to open a center on alternative health therapies that can reduce dependence on prescription drugs. It is slated to open in August.
