“Stitch Fix picks up the vibe of the client’s current style. But it also opens new doors for her by taking her out of her comfort zone at times,” Russell says. Clients feel great in clothes that reflect their own style, and also can keep up on the newest trends. If the client is unhappy with the stylist’s choices, she can provide feedback for next time. With this feedback, the stylist can better fit the client’s future needs.
