Relate’s annual STOMP for Mental Health fundraising/awareness event is scheduled for September 27 at the Minnetonka Community Center. 

New for this year, the event will feature a Chili Cook-off!  There will be five restaurants competing for a “People’s Choice Award” and a “Professional’s Choice Award”.  The restaurants are Ike’s, Famous Dave’s, Gold Nugget, Glen Lake Café and Cowboy Jack’s.

The panel of professional judges are:

• Stephanie March, Senior Editor - Food & Dining for Mpls. St. Paul Magazine and host of Weekly Dish on My Talk Radio 107.1
• Beth Dooley, Cookbook Author, Food Writer for Mpls. St. Paul Magazine and Mpls. StarTribune
• Sue Zelickson, Foodie, Columnist, Radio Host, Entrepreneur, Community Volunteer

It will be a casual evening of fun things to see and do including live music by Blue Yodel #9 with guest Eddie Chino aka Dr. Ron Groat, a silent auction with an expansive array of items and chance drawings for items such as a $500 Visa gift card, a 50” Smart TV and luxury vacation accommodations.

Chili, Appetizers, Desserts, Soft Drinks, Beer and Wine all included in the $30 ticket price.
