Looking for something to do this summer? After the winter we've had, you'll probably want to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Luckily, the City of Plymouth is offering a couple of new options for amateur athletes interested in summer sports.
New offerings this year are wood bat league softball and women’s softball, in addition to the previously offered men’s and co-ed leagues. Players in all softball leagues must be at least 18 years old.
Players can register on the City of Plymouth website, but hurry, because registration ends March 15. Registration cost varies by league. Seasons begin April 29 and each season runs 10 weeks.
