Let's face it: This oppressive heat is draining our energies. But there's hope: Not only are the weather people predicting a break in the humidity and temps closer to the average for this time of year, which naturally encourage us to step once again from our AC and into the glorious Minnesota weather, but there are fun reasons to hang out in Plymouth's public spaces to boot.Yesterday, the city's parks and recreation department announced FREE “Entertainment in the Parks,” a series of mostly concerts but also a few shows and other events throughout the summer.
