Maggie McGill brings the title of Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2013 to Plymouth.
Last fall, amid a packed auditorium at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center, Plymouth’s own Maggie McGill was crowned Miss Minnesota Teen USA 2013. McGill beat out more than 30 other contestants for the title in three categories: evening gown, swimwear and interview.
