Plymouth's upcoming development should include around 200 homes by 2016.
More than 200 acres of land including the former Hampton Hills Golf Course is transforming into the new Hampton Hills neighborhood. Rob Wachholz, former project manager of Tradition LLC, says the site development will be completed in phases, and expects about 200 homes by five developers constructed by 2016.
